Account Executive £19,600 + bonus, Dordon

You will be target driven, have good customer service experience and excellent communication skills.

Duties will include outbound and inbound customer calls, order processing, day to day handling of accounts, typing up quotes, completing price comparisons, assisting sales managers and providing administrative support, working proactively with the Key Accounts Team and maintaining customers data.  Assisting with new product requests and liaising with the procurement team where required along with general day to day account support, KPI tracking, queries, product information, order updates, customer service and stock forecasting.  In return you will receive a competitive salary, bonus and excellent company benefits.

 

 

 

 

 

Junior Administrator £15,600 + commission, Coleshill

You will have previous administrator experience and be target driven.  In return you will receive a competitive salary and excellent company benefits.

You will be responsible for dealing with the post; accurately checking all invoices and documents received, when required raise credit notes or re-invoice, send acceptance faxes to the dealer once the deal has been fully funded and ensure any conditions are listed as per the acceptance.  Fully check emailed documents before sending out to the customer and follow up to ensure all relevant documents are returned.  Once Documents have come in and conditions are all ok we advise supplier to arrange delivery date, package the deal, checking all documentation is included and forward to Administration for invoicing along with management reporting.  Ensure reports are run at the end of every week and month end and forwarded to the Operations Director and Sales Team, ensuring all the data is accurate, sales tabs are correct and match and customer/ dealer contact.  Contact the customer to check they are happy to proceed and activate the agreement using the outline provided, call/e-mailing suppliers to chase up any invoices and obtaining delivery dates and update the system.  Provide additional information to bank/lenders as required, collating bank details from the customer; using required security questions.

 

Collections Officer £19,000-£23,000, Coleshill

You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills; including telephone skills, accuracy, honesty and attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and to time limits and deadlines; calm but assertive. Excellent planning and organising skills with the ability to prioritise own workload, have previous experience within a credit control function, excellent IT skills including MS, Excel and Word. Flexibility to deal with multiple customer accounts, ability to work on their own and as part of a team, good negotiation skills and a confident telephone manner.  In return you will receive a competitive salary and excellent company benefits.

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, the Collections Officer will be responsible for the typical day to day collection and debt recovery duties, will include phone calls, managing emails and queries, updates on the accounts software and dealing with repossessions.  The Collections Officer will be responsible for the collection of debts related to Own Book,invoiced, and Direct Debit. You will ensure all payments are made on time and resolving customer queries at first point of contact, negotiate payment plans where needed, minimum of 75 calls per day. Regularly up-date system following every customer contact along with maintaining accurate and timely records. You will resolve queries from customers, liquidators and debtors, liaise with customers in regards to direct debit details and change of address along with any other dutues as requested by your Manager.

 

Sales Support Executive £19,990.40 + bonus

This is a reactive role and strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner are essential, as are keyboard/data entry skills and attention to detail.  Ability to work on own initiative and under pressure, achieving high standards of customer service skills at all times, be positive, flexible, self motivated and disciplined.

Working as part of a small but well established Sales Support Team.  The main role responsibilities for this position are to receive all first line incoming communication (Telephone/Email/Fax/Post), take orders predominately and sell core business products to existing accounts on behalf of the company. Supporting the Sales Teams in retaining the current business levels to achieve revenue targets set. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers (internal and external).  You will receive all first line incoming communication, take and process orders, convert customer sales enquiries into orders, up selling / cross selling to existing customers, co-ordinate any inbound calls/emails to the correct department within the Group where necessary.  Liaise with other areas of the business to fulfil all customer requirements, maintain and update the systems with new and relevant customer information, achieve customers SLA’s and KPI’s set.

You will be managing the customers, day to day and their requirements, as well as developing the accounts by identifying, creating and closing new product core line sale opportunities and current promotions.  You will plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed targets including managing down time and general productivity, understanding customer needs and requirements, identifying the opportunities to build pipelines up-selling and closing deals.  Retain current account portfolio to ensure all customers are still trading and respond to customer enquiries efficiently and within time-scales.

 

 

Trainee Sales Executive £16,000 + bonus, Marston Green

You will have good customer service skills, have knowledge & experience ideally with B2B experience in one of the following internal sales/business development , telemarketing/telesales experience or lead development/appointment setting.  In return you will receive a competitive salary and commission.

Your main purpose will be taking responsibility for a set of customers made up of historical accounts that order from consumables. You will be managing the customers, day to day and their requirements, as well as developing the accounts by identifying, creating and closing new product core line sale opportunities and current promotions. Building excellent relationships with customers, understanding their requirements you are responsible for overcoming any daily obstacles to ensure the customer is retained and happy with our service.  Key tasks will be to plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed targets including managing down time and general productivity. Understanding customer needs and requirements, identifying the opportunities to build pipelines and close deals. Retain current account portfolio to ensure all customers are still trading and respond to customer enquiries efficiently and within time-scales.

 

Telemarketing Executive £18,000 + bonus, Birmingham Business Park

You will have sales/ telemarketing experience, an excellent written and verbal communicator, identifying business opportunities for the company, You will be confident and comfortable when speaking to customers on the telephone, evidence of working towards and achieving targets.

The main purpose of the role will be to conduct market research and data cleansing activities so as to increase business by introducing new clients. Your duties will include making outbound calls, lead generation and information collation/ research, working to both call targets and sales targets, arranging meetings alongside senior members of the business.
